What is the warranty on a purchase?
We take great pride in the work our jewelers do and quality control all work in details . We do offer 2 weeks exchange or refund policy. If for any reason you have a problem resulting from the work we have done, we will correct it. This 14 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer. Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order.
